How it works
Honest examination, one session at a time.
Journeys are organized into parts, stages, sessions and milestones with a visible progress percentage — never page numbers. You move at your own pace.
The rhythm of a session
Eleven movements
- 01
Recognize the pattern
Name the behavior plainly, without minimizing it and without exaggerating it.
- 02
Identify the trigger
Notice what tends to happen in the hours before, not only in the moment itself.
- 03
Examine the heart
Look at the desire, fear or wound the behavior is quietly serving.
- 04
Explore possible roots
Consider learned behavior, false beliefs and environment — as possibilities to examine, never as a diagnosis.
- 05
Expose the deception
Write out the rationalization in your own words and hold it beside what is true.
- 06
Open Scripture
Read the passage in context, not as a slogan.
- 07
Face the Mirror Question
One pivotal question, answered privately, in your own time.
- 08
Journal privately
Autosaved, searchable, and never shared unless you deliberately choose to.
- 09
Enter the War Room
A Scripture-supported prayer matched to the situation you are actually in.
- 10
Choose an obedience step
One practical, specific action — usually small, usually uncomfortable, always yours to choose.
- 11
Receive an accountability check-in
A private follow-up that asks what actually happened.

A pivotal Mirror Question
What are you protecting that you have never actually examined?
Mirror Question
Your answer stays private. Nothing here is shared, scored or shown to anyone else.
What The Mirror will not do
Clear boundaries
- It will not tell you what God is saying to you.
- It will not diagnose trauma, mental illness or demonic activity.
- It is not therapy, counseling or medical care.
- It will not treat self-examination as a replacement for Jesus.
- It will not make your private answers public.
- It will not use shame or fear to force engagement.
