Terms of Service
The rules that keep The Mirror safe, honest and clear about what it can and cannot do.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, paying for membership, or using any part of The Mirror, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What Th3 Mirror is — and is not
The visual brand name is Th3 Mirror. In regular sentences we refer to the platform as The Mirror.
The Mirror is a Scripture-centered reflection tool created to help you examine your heart, recognize possible deception and take practical steps toward Jesus.
The Mirror does not replace God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Bible, prayer, biblical community or wise pastoral guidance. This platform cannot tell you what God is saying to you, determine God’s will for your life or complete the spiritual work that requires your personal relationship with Him.
To fully participate in this journey, you will need your own Bible. You will be asked to stop, open God’s Word and read specific passages for yourself. The Mirror will guide you to Scripture, but it will not replace your personal reading, prayer, discernment or obedience.
The Mirror is not a therapist, doctor, medical provider, mental-health professional or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat or cure mental-health conditions, trauma, eating disorders, addictions, medical conditions or other health concerns.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, abuse, a medical emergency or symptoms requiring professional attention, stop this journey and seek immediate help from a qualified professional or emergency service.
This platform is a tool to support your journey—not a substitute for the Holy Trinity, God’s Word or appropriate professional care.
3. Not therapy, medical care or emergency help
- The Mirror is not a therapist, doctor, medical provider, mental-health professional or emergency service.
- It does not diagnose, treat or cure mental-health conditions, trauma, eating disorders, addictions, medical conditions or other health concerns.
- If you are in danger, experiencing severe distress, thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or facing abuse or a medical emergency, stop using the platform and contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own Bible, prayer, discernment, obedience and any professional care you need.

5. Membership, billing and cancellation
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles card processing, receipts and refunds on our behalf. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
- The first 300 members who pay and keep their membership continuously active receive the founding rate. Founding status is recorded on your account.
- You can cancel at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- All plans currently grant the same access to every Interactive Personal Journey and member feature.
- Prices and plan structures may change in the future, but any change will not affect the billing period you have already paid for.
6. Privacy and your journal
Your journal entries, reflections, progress and War Room focus are private by default. They are not made public, displayed to other members, or used to train generative AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, code, branding and curriculum of The Mirror are owned by the project operator and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own spiritual growth while your membership is active.
You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Mirror is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly suited to your situation. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of The Mirror is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any decisions you make based on content you read here.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use The Mirror after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the platform operator and to you in your place of residence. Any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected. Where the law permits, disputes will be resolved in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the matter.
