The full journey

Every part, stage and session

Do you want freedom — or only relief from the consequences? Those are two different prayers, and they lead to two different journeys. This one is for anyone caught in a cycle of sexual sin — fantasy, pornography, secret arrangements, anything that trades your body or mind for a moment of relief and then leaves you further from the people you love and further from God. It will not shame you. It will ask you to see clearly, and then to actually flee, which the Bible commands rather than merely suggests.

Part 1

See it honestly

Before anything changes, describe the pattern in plain words, without excuses and without shame.

Part 2

Understand the heart

Move from behaviour to belief — what the sin promises, and why it never delivers.

Part 3

Understand fleeing

Learn why Scripture commands flight rather than negotiation, and what that looks like practically.

Part 5

Walk in freedom

Build a sustainable rhythm of ongoing obedience, worship and vigilance.

This is discipleship, not therapy or medical care. Nothing here diagnoses an addiction, a trauma, or a psychological condition, and nothing here tells you what God is personally saying to you. If compulsive sexual behaviour is damaging your safety, your marriage, or someone else's wellbeing, please also involve a pastor, a licensed counsellor, or a doctor. Self-examination in this journey is a tool for meeting Jesus honestly — it is not a substitute for Him, and it is not the finish line.
