    • · Fear, shame, rejection, accusation
    • · The loop, not the single thought
  2. Part 1 · Stage 2

    • · What sets it off
    • · The body remembers too
    • · What you feed the pattern
  3. Part 2 · Stage 1

    Question the evidence

    • · Feeling true is not being true
    • · One bad moment is not your whole story
    • · What would you tell a friend

    • · Saying it to God directly
    • · The cross and the accusation
    • · Bringing shame into the light
  6. Part 3 · Stage 2

    Receive the truth

    • · The specific answer to the specific lie
    • · Who He says you are
    • · Peace that guards rather than explains

    Daily practices

    • · The first thought of the day
    • · The interrupt-and-replace habit
    • · Gratitude as a counterweight
  8. Part 4 · Stage 2

    Sustain the change

    • · When it comes back
    • · Who knows what you are carrying
    • · Seeking help alongside prayer
    • · A mind being renewed
  9. Part 5 · Stage 1

    Living it out

    • · The thought in a real relationship
    • · Decisions made from truth, not fear
    • · Carrying others through the same battle
    • · The ongoing fight worth fighting

The full journey

Every part, stage and session

Is the thought true — or has repetition made it feel true? This journey is about the thoughts that circle back night after night: fear, shame, rejection, accusation, condemnation. Not every troubling thought is a spiritual attack, and not every intrusive thought reveals your character. But every thought can be brought into the light and tested against what is actually true.

Part 1

See the pattern

Before a thought can be tested, it has to be noticed and named in plain language — not managed silently in your head.

Part 3

Bring it to Jesus

Move from private management of the thought to actually bringing it to Christ.

Part 4

Build new pathways

Move from occasional correction to ongoing practices that make truth the default rather than the exception.

This is discipleship, not therapy or medical care. Nothing here diagnoses a mental illness, and nothing here claims to speak a message from God to you. If your thought patterns include obsessive intrusive thoughts, persistent hopelessness, thoughts of self-harm, or symptoms that overwhelm daily life, please involve a doctor or licensed counsellor alongside this journey. God works through both prayer and proper care.
