The full journey

Every part, stage and session

What are you asking food to give you that it was never designed to provide? This journey is not about a diet, a body size, or a list of foods to fear. It is about noticing what you are actually reaching for when you reach for food — or refuse it — and bringing that reaching back to Jesus.

Part 1

See it honestly

Before anything changes, name plainly what food is currently doing in your life — comfort, control, escape, or something else entirely.

Part 3

Return to Jesus

Bring the real hunger, the real fear, and the real body to Christ directly.

This is discipleship, not therapy or medical care, and it is not a nutrition plan. Nothing here diagnoses an eating disorder, tells you what God is saying to you, or prescribes what you should or should not eat. Struggling with food does not make you gluttonous, weak, or more sinful than anyone else, and no body size is treated here as a spiritual verdict. If you are restricting food, bingeing, purging, or your relationship with eating feels out of your control, please speak to a doctor, dietitian, or eating-disorder specialist alongside this journey — that support is not a lack of faith, it is wisdom.
