The full journey

Every part, stage and session

What have you continued simply because it was normal in the home that raised you? This journey is not about assigning blame to the people who raised you, and it is not about pretending everything was fine. It is about looking honestly at what you learned before you were old enough to question it, and letting Jesus build something different through you than what was built in you.

Part 1

See what was passed down

Before anything can change, the inheritance has to be named honestly — not to blame, but to see clearly what you actually received.

Part 2

Understand what it protected

Every inherited pattern once served a purpose. Understanding what it protected you from is necessary before you can safely let it go.

Part 3

Bring it to Jesus

Move from analysis to actual encounter — bringing the specific pattern, the grief, and the anger to Christ Himself.

Part 5

Live the new legacy

Look forward — protecting what has changed, and passing something different to those who come after you.

This is discipleship, not therapy or medical care, and it does not diagnose your family members or you. Nothing here tells you what God is saying about your parents or your past. If your history includes abuse, addiction, or trauma that still overwhelms you, please seek a licensed counsellor alongside this journey. Honour your parents as far as truth allows; naming a pattern is not the same as condemning the people who passed it to you.
