The full journey

Every part, stage and session

Are you returning because it changed—or because being without it still hurts? This journey is for the relationships, habits and people you keep walking back into, even when you already know how the story goes. It will not shame you for going back. It will help you understand why, and give you what you actually need to stop.

Part 1

See the pattern

Before anything changes, look honestly at what keeps pulling you back, without excusing it or condemning yourself for it.

Part 2

Understand the pull

Move beneath the behaviour to the beliefs, wounds and longings that make returning feel necessary.

Part 3

Build the boundary

Move from insight to action — build the specific boundaries that make staying away possible.

This is discipleship, not therapy or medical care. Nothing here diagnoses a condition, a person, or a relationship, and nothing here tells you what God is saying to you. If a relationship involves violence, threats, coercive control or any form of abuse, please tell a trusted person and involve appropriate support services or authorities. Your safety matters, and Scripture never asks you to stay somewhere unsafe in the name of love.
